For once a pixel art!
Basically an attempt at making Rokko Chan in the style of the character icons in Mega Man Soccer.
It is largely breaking the limit they actually bear in the game (24x24 as opposed to this 30x30), but I just need to use this as avatar.
Palettes used are from currently unused sprites of Rokko Chan which I got from King Soukutu, along with other things (for "Mega Man 8-Bit Deathmatch" only).
That's all fulks.
